Empowering Yemeni women politically ... towards effective participation within the parties

The Centre for Strategic Studies to Support Women and Children, in partnership with the Regional Program for Gulf States of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), implemented a training program for women in political parties in Taiz on September 6, 2025. The program will run until September 11.
The training program, since its launch, has aimed to explore mechanisms and opportunities that support the political empowerment of Yemeni women and strengthen their active presence in party life through improving leadership skills and broadening women’s opportunities to participate in decision-making processes at both the local and national levels.
This activity falls within the framework of a national project that aims to enhance Yemeni women’s participation in the political process and contribute to shaping a more inclusive and sustainable political landscape.
