The Centre for Strategic Studies to Support Women and Children (CSWC) concluded a training workshop on Monday, 28 July 2025, entitled: “The Importance of Techniques and Methods to Reduce Psychological Stress and Trauma,” as part of the project “Investing in Women Human Rights Defenders and Their Psychological Well-being.”
The two-day workshop targeted 30 women human rights defenders, and included both theoretical and practical sessions on self-care techniques, stress management, and coping strategies tailored to the challenges of working in the human rights field.
This activity is part of the Centre’s ongoing efforts to promote mental well-being among women defenders and to support their continued effectiveness in fulfilling their social and human rights roles with resilience and balance.
